This Policy describes how MimirAI.ru (the "Service", the "Administration") processes user data while providing services through the website and the Telegram bot.

1. Data processing status

1.1. MimirAI.ru does not independently process personal data to an extent that would allow identifying a user's identity.

1.2. Identification in Telegram is performed via technical identifiers (e.g., a Telegram ID/session ID), which the Administration does not link to a full name, phone number, email, or other information that could establish identity.

1.3. Payment data (including card details and the email used for a receipt) is processed and stored exclusively by the payment partner CloudPayments (an independent personal data controller).

2. What data the Administration processes

2.1. Technical identifiers in Telegram (user/session ID) — to operate the bot, track requests, and prevent abuse.

2.2. Aggregated information about the plan/fact of payment (without payment details or personal payment data).

2.3. Technical logs of the Service's operation (request time, request type, error codes) — for stability and information security.

2.4. The Administration does not store or process the text of conversations/prompts/media submitted by the user, and does not process users' payment details.

3. Personal data entered by the User in a prompt

3.1. The Service does not request and does not intend to process personal data contained in request texts (prompts) or materials. The User must refrain from including such information.

3.2. If, despite the above, the User includes personal data in a request on their own initiative, such information is processed solely automatically and transiently to fulfil the request, is not retained by the Administration, and is not used to identify the user.

3.3. Transfer of such information to third-party AI services happens at the User's initiative; the Administration does not control further processing by such services. We recommend not including personal data in requests.

4. Purposes and legal grounds for processing

4.1. The described technical data is processed to conclude and perform the contract (public offer) and to provide services (Art. 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).

4.2. Data is additionally processed to ensure security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements.

5. Disclosure to third parties

5.1. CloudPayments — to accept payment and issue fiscal receipts (an independent personal data controller).

5.2. AI model providers — anonymized request parameters are transferred, containing no personal data of the user.

5.3. Government authorities of the Russian Federation — on lawful grounds and within the established procedure.

6. Retention and terms

6.1. Technical logs are kept for no more than 30 days from creation and are deleted automatically.

6.2. Payment data and the receipt email are stored by CloudPayments in accordance with their policy.

7. Cookies and web analytics

7.1. The Service uses only technical cookies necessary for the website/bot to operate.

7.2. Yandex.Metrica (Yandex LLC) is used for statistics in anonymized form.
